Founded in 2019
Lane Change, a 501(C)(3) non-profit, was founded after a young man,
Lane Austin, lost his battle with his opioid dependency in our community ( Lebanon, MO )
at the age of 27.
Lane was ready to get help and was waiting for a bed at an inpatient rehab facility, when he overdosed and passed away. He wanted help, he wanted change, but he ran out of time. Now we want to help others like Lane. His death was not in vain and we are hoping to use his life to help others receive the help they need.

Founders
Cory and Lauren Mitchell
After being personally effected by substance abuse, Cory and Lauren became involved in helping others who also struggle through Celebrate Recovery at their church in 2016. A dream to open a resource center in Lebanon to provide resources for the addicted became a reality after Lauren shared her dream and vision with co-founders Brad and Stacy Segabarth, whom also shared a similar compassion for the addicted. Together, Lane Change, was founded.
Cory works for Hicks Construction in Lebanon. Lauren also works as the Finance Coordinator for non-profit ministry, Out of the Ashes, Inc.
Cory and Lauren live in Lebanon, MO with their 3 children. They are active members of their church, LifePoint. They enjoy spending time at their children's sporting events, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and church family.
